Senior Manager, Account Executive Team Lead (Remote) – Chronic Migraine/Spasticity & Movement Disorders
About the role
The Senior Manager, Account Executive, will lead a national team of five Account Executives focused on evaluating the brand’s business impact across assigned GPO, IDN, and hospital systems. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to build and develop a team while shaping the strategic vision from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Work with Sales Leadership and Federal Managed Care Leadership to manage VA/DOD initiatives.
- Develop overarching strategy to more fully and consistently penetrate these accounts.
- Work to appropriately allocate resources both human and financial to optimize ROI through increased brand sales.
- Responsible for assigned brand sales volume and market share growth in assigned regional book of business, identifies trends and new opportunities to increase revenue, and leads their sales teams to create strategies to impact regional sales objectives.
- Regional account leadership to assess business opportunity and contract strategy.
- Identifies business opportunities and threats at the regional level, and develop action plans to address.
- Identify market opportunities or threats and develop action plans to address market events.
- Partner with Channel Marketing team to coordinate in-house support for market events.
- Implement, coordinate, and optimize franchise marketing initiatives with local leadership teams in targeted accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business.
- Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safe driving requirements.
- You must also be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, as well as experience working in an account setting.
