We enable our clients to imagine and do more, whether it’s making next quarter’s goals or navigating the future. Our Advisory consulting group in Dallas, Houston, or Chicago is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join our mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with partner-led teams to deliver high-quality, thoughtful project deliverables across organizational design, change enablement, AI transformation, process optimization, and technology assessment efforts.

  • Support client transformation initiatives through research, analysis, and structured problem-solving.
  • Create executive presentations and visual deliverables that help leaders understand current challenges, proposed changes, and future ways of working.
  • Conduct analysis and synthesize findings to develop actionable recommendations and support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including stakeholder interviews, survey and data analysis, and process or workflow mapping.
  • Participate in workshops and working sessions, helping capture insights and shape recommendations.
  • Collaborate within small, high-performing teams (typically 3–5 people) with frequent exposure to Principals and Vice Presidents.
  • Contribute to development of Advisory frameworks, methods, and intellectual capital.
  • Partner with Pariveda and client leadership to drive initiatives forward and deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively within a hybrid model, alongside smart, humble, and supportive people.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consulting, client-facing, or highly relevant industry experience, ideally supporting transformation, organizational change, or technology-enabled initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to or leading projects involving organizational design, organizational change management, operating models, process improvement, or large-scale transformation.
  • Familiarity with consulting frameworks such as Prosci, McKinsey's 7-S, Target Operating Model, EOS, Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or Business Model Canvas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and synthesize insights for stakeholders across different functions and levels.
  • Comfort working at the intersection of business and technology, with a general understanding of how systems, data, and cloud platforms support business processes (you do not need to be a deep technologist).
  • Curious and a growth mindset, with an interest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create a compelling storyline and tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis best practices.
  • Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and thrive in dynamic client environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a background in business, organizational effectiveness, information systems, communications, or related disciplines.

Benefits

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $105,400-$115,900 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
