Role Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy topics.
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to consulting frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Set the gold standard for quality and rigor.
• Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics/evaluation frameworks to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment across tasks.
• Evaluate consulting tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a recognized, top-tier firm.
• Career Path: Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent).
• Expertise: Deep expertise in a core consulting practice—strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory.
• Availability: Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
