Senior AI Trainer – Management Consultants | Remote

Short-term contract role, remote, 30–40 hrs/week at $17.7/hr.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
• Review and calibrate team members’ output and own day-to-day quality.
• Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead.

Requirements

• Eight years of strategy/management consulting experience at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
• Top-tier or boutique consulting background; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Expertise in strategy, operating-model design, and business-case structuring.
• Proven experience leading engagements, managing teams, and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical and executive-writing skills to create, review, and improve complex AI-generated solutions.
