Senior Management Consultant - AI Training

About the role

Apply senior strategy and management-consulting expertise to help train AI systems to reason through complex business problems. You will create, evaluate, and refine scenarios involving strategy, operating models, business cases, and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty consulting tasks and gold-standard solutions.
• Structure realistic strategic problems, recommendations, business cases, and executive-level insights.
• Review and calibrate work for analytical rigor, clear executive writing, practical usefulness, and consistent quality.
• Identify edge cases and ambiguous evaluation standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of strategy or management-consulting experience at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
• Top-tier or boutique consulting experience; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Expertise in strategy, operating-model design, and business-case structuring.
• Experience leading engagements, managing teams, and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical judgment and executive-writing skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• AI evaluation or quality-assurance experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

This project is expected to run for approximately nine weeks. You should be available for at least four hours per day and have some overlap with Pacific Time. Depending on project needs and your interest, there may be an option to work up to 40 hours per week. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Pay

$98 USD per hour.
