Senior Maintenance Technician - Warehouse Automation & Robotics

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all systems installed by Exotec in the client’s warehouse
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks on systems and machines
• Maintain the performance of installations
• Collaborate with on-site clients for operations advice and maintenance
• Assist with the installation and deployment of new systems or machines
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, coordinating additional assistance

Requirements

• At least 1-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably with robotics exposure
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance and engineering skills
• Highly organized with the ability to handle high-stress incidents and escalations
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with client leadership
• Physical abilities to lift up to 50 lbs, work from heights, and use standard hand tools
• Understanding of basic SQL queries is a plus
