Senior Maintenance Technician - Onsite in Malaga, WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Qualifications

In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Skills

• Knowledge of standard principles and ability to apply them.

Benefits

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $65,000 annually ($31.25/hourly) and the maximum salary for this position is $69,000 ($33.17 hourly) annually.
