Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing expertise and leadership for mill electrical and mechanical maintenance functions to ensure reliability of mill assets and systems in order to maximize productivity and quality at optimum costs while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in the heavy industrial or process industries, with Pulp & Paper experience preferred
- Project management experience a plus
- Effective communication with technical specialists, management, supervision, and technicians
- Knowledge of Safety Programs and Trainings
- Construction experience in managing capital projects and leading project teams
- Experience with managing capital projects outside major disciplines
- Working knowledge of power, pulp, and paper mill processes
- Personal computer skills
