Senior Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
- Leading all maintenance operations for production equipment, facilities, utilities, and tooling
- Developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies that improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Managing maintenance planning, scheduling, and prioritization to support production goals
- Building and developing a skilled maintenance team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
- Leading equipment upgrades, capital improvement projects, and machine modifications
- Driving root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and all safety standards
- Managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships
- Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve manufacturing performance
Requirements
We're Seeking An Accomplished Manufacturing Maintenance Professional With 7-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 5 years of progressive supervisory or management experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, PLC, and automated manufacturing systems
Experience with high-volume manufacturing equipment, preferably forming, bending, and welding operations
Demonstrated success implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Experience improving equipment reliability through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A commitment to building a culture centered on safety, accountability, and operational excellence
Qualifications
An Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.
