Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain core z/OS and z/VM platforms
- Oversee system performance, capacity, security administration, and operational reliability
- Monitor system health
- Implement maintenance and upgrades
- Cook with internal IT teams on incident resolution
- Ensure stable and compliant mainframe operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mainframe systems administration
- Proven experience with z/OS and z/VM
- Strong knowledge of JCL, SDSF/ISPF, and performance monitoring tools
- Experience with mainframe automation tools and networking/storage utilities
