Senior M&A/Transactional Attorney

Responsibilities

• Support and lead components of corporate and transactional matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional and corporate documents.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Provide guidance on general corporate matters and ongoing business needs.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in M&A, transactional, and corporate law.
• Strong academic credentials (top 25% preferred, but not required for consideration).
• Someone who can hit the ground running and support a busy, sophisticated practice.
• Tennessee bar admission in good standing.
• Polished interpersonal skills, strong drafting ability, and a genuine passion for M&A/Transactional work.
