M&A Senior Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handling mergers & acquisitions
• General corporate and transactional matters
• Experience in private placements, operating and shareholder agreements, succession planning, tax-related matters, financing transactions, real estate acquisitions and leasing, licensing and intellectual property matters, and complex contract drafting and negotiation

Requirements

Bar Admission: Minnesota admission required

Qualifications

6+ years of experience handling:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• General corporate and transactional matters

Additional experience is strongly preferred in one or more of the following:

• Private placements
• Operating and shareholder agreements
• Succession planning
• Tax-related matters
• Financing transactions
• Real estate acquisitions and leasing
• Licensing and intellectual property matters
• Complex contract drafting and negotiation
