Senior Logistics Product Development Support Analyst

About the role
Full-time, permanent on-site position located at Fort Lee, VA. This role supports the government customer within CASCOM's Logistics Material Readiness Directorate (LMRD) and requires on-site support at Fort Gregg Adams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with appropriate activities and prepare/submit input to STRAPs, providing concepts, detail, and utilization of the training support products.
- Serve as Training Lead at Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and conferences.
- Participate in IPT and training conferences to review contractor-developed logistical support analysis records or their equivalent training materials.
- Address initial training support requirements in JCIDS documentation; provide training input and updates at Milestones B and C, JCIDS documentation.
- Provide direction for developing and implementing Operator and Field Level maintenance training programs to support new or emerging systems; verify all maintenance Technical Manuals (TM) and Transportation (TC) proponent operator technical manuals in accordance with AR 25-30.
- Provide input to Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP) and Feeder Data in accordance with AR 71-1; offer SME input on FMECA, LORA, MTA, special tools, and Logistics Product Development (LPD).
- Participate as SME in Maintenance Assessments (MA), Maintenance Evaluations (ME), and Logistics Demonstrations (LD) in accordance with AR 700-127 and AR 700-142.
- Provide input and review the materiel developer's contract strategies, statements of work, contract data requirements lists, and related documents.
- Prepare and present briefings, coordinate and conduct various conferences, and/or meetings in support of LMRD missions as required by CSSD.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS).
- Knowledge of research methods and sources of educational scientific data, ability to determine the scope and outline of a project to indicate information to be collected to achieve a finished product.
- Experience and knowledge of Army Futures Command, Army Requirement Oversight Council (AROC), and Joint Requirement Oversight Council (JROC) staffing requirements and procedures.
- Familiarity with the Comment Resolution Matrix/Comment Adjudication process within JCIDS.
Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Final salary may be influenced by factors such as Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
