About the OpportunityThe organization is seeking a full-time Senior Logistics & Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of its logistics and operations function. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations & Logistics, this role manages key operational workstreams across outbound logistics, retailer fulfillment, and distribution center management to ensure products move efficiently from third-party warehouses to customers and retail partners. This position is a fully remote role based in the United States. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for distribution center partners, focusing on outbound logistics and retailer shipments.Ensure on-time order fulfillment across assigned retail partners and sales channels.Partner with Finance to ensure procedural compliance for inventory, warehouse operations, fulfillment, and transportation costs.Travel to attend physical inventory counts at distribution centers approximately two times per year.Maintain and update standard operating procedures, vendor guidelines, routing guides, and related operational documentation.Support the continued development of operational best practices, tools, and processes across outbound logistics.Analyze operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and support key operational KPIs.Manage retailer chargebacks by reviewing dispute claims, identifying root causes, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and preventing recurring issues.Analyze shipping records and transaction data to validate claims and identify opportunities for process improvement.Support continuous improvements to third-party logistics warehouse fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase on-time delivery.Partner cross-functionally to improve operational processes and business performance.Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system updates and enhancements.Develop an understanding of inbound logistics and provide backup support as needed. Required Qualifications4+ years of experience working in supply chain, logistics, operations, or fulfillment within the CPG industry across ecommerce, brick-and-mortar retail, or both.Hands-on experience working with third-party logistics warehouses, distribution centers, and B2B order management.Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, freight logistics, and retailer order fulfillment.Experience working with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and advanced Excel.Data-driven approach with experience analyzing operational metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve processes.Demonstrated ability to independently manage priorities, follow through on action items, and solve root-cause operational challenges in a remote work environment.Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills across internal stakeholders, retailers, and warehouse partners.Ability to travel up to 20% for physical inventory counts, team offsites, and special projects. Preferred QualificationsExperience working with NetSuite.
