Essential Functions
- Perform Supportability Analysis to include LORAs, RCM, Maintenance Planning and Management, and FMECA development.
- Work with engineers to identify which items can be repaired organically vs vendor repair.
- Review technical data packages.
- Develop Tech manuals and assist in the development of technical drawings.
- Develop acceptance test repair procedures for identified hardware.
- Work with NAVSUP to establish depot repair supply chain for identified hardware.
- Develop new PBL-O documentation.
- Perform DMSMS and FRACAS management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required in addition to at least fifteen (15+) years of experience.
- Knowledge of DoD supply chain management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of the twelve integrated product support elements.
- Ability to access and utilize federal logistics information systems to include but not limited to: WebFLIS, FedMall, and fleet organizations.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders from various government activities, industry, and fleet organizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.
Security Clearance Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
- Candidates with an active Secret clearance are highly encouraged to apply.
- US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
