Senior Living Shuttle Driver

About the role

Located at 3215 Silverbell Rd, Oakland Township, MI 48306. Participate in engaging activities with Assisted Living and Memory Care residents when there are no scheduled appointments or outings, including before departures and upon early returns. As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide transportation services for the senior residents in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus, utilizing the appropriate and safest mode for assistance (may include using a lift, ambulation, and/or physical transfer).
• Complete bus trip log; complete required route in a safe and efficient manner.
• Organize and coordinate route and route priorities to maintain the most efficient and productive process.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus.
• Fill out daily inspection log at the beginning of each trip and turn in form when completed.
• Maintain a positive attitude which supports team performance and productivity.
