Senior Living Server (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role

A Server in a senior living community, responsible for providing meal service in the dining room to residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals, take orders, and assist with meal setup and cleanup.
• Ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience by working collaboratively with team members.
• Follow dietary standards, infection control procedures, and residents' rights policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of kitchen and dining equipment.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation and delivery upon request.
• Support resident engagement and participate in community activities as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate respectfully and diplomatically to residents and staff.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, bend, and move comfortably.
• Adherence to dress code, personal hygiene, and safety policies.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Completion of background checks and drug testing upon hire.
