About the role
Merrill Gardens at West Covina is currently accepting applications for a Receptionist to help support residents within our community. We are looking for a compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest individual who genuinely loves working with the senior population.
Responsibilities
- Greeting all visitors
- Answering the telephone
- Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner
- Providing administrative support to all departments on an as-needed basis
- Assist Residents & Families
- Assist the Business Office Director, General Manager, and other departments as needed
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED
- Two years' experience as a receptionist (preferred)
- A minimum of one year's customer service experience
- Prior multi-line phone experience
- Available to work some holidays and weekends
Schedule
The Front Desk is open 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. 7 days a week.
