Senior Living Nurse - LPN or RN

About the Role

Responsible for overseeing daily resident care, performing skilled nursing tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation of resident conditions, concerns, and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Communicate resident needs to family members, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Implement physician orders and care plans, ensuring staff compliance.
• Maintain medication cart and records, supervise medication administration.
• Provide shift reports and monitor staff performance for quality care.
• Manage shift coverage, handle family or visitor concerns, and address minor facility issues.

Requirements

• Current state LPN/LVN or RN license (if required by law).
• Experience in elderly care and supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to represent the facility professionally and ensure high-quality resident care.
