LPN / Senior Living Nurse

About the role

Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to residents in senior living facilities. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and mobility
• Maintain cleanliness and order in living areas
• Monitor and report changes in resident health
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in long-term care or senior living environments preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
