Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments
• Performing resident assessments
• Documenting reports accurately
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

• Mentoring team members

Requirements

• Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to push up to 250 lbs independently and use proper body mechanics

Qualifications

• Current state licensure
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
• Strong English communication
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with electronic records
