Nurse (LPN or RN) – Assisted Living

About the role

As a Nurse (LPN or RN), you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care while building lasting relationships with residents and their families. Your knowledge, compassion, and advocacy will help ensure every resident receives the dignity, respect, and personalized care they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to assisted living residents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each resident's needs.
• Advocate for residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and clinical needs are met.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive.

Requirements

• Current Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required and maintained in good standing.
• Previous experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
• Memory Care or Alzheimer's care experience is a plus.

Schedule

Evening Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Part-Time: 5 shifts per pay period

Pay

LPN: $31.37–$35.63 per hour
RN: $36.88–$41.89 per hour
