About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse (LPN or RN) to lead and support our nursing team in an assisted living setting.
Responsibilities
- Leading, planning, and coordinating nursing services
- Overseeing quality care for residents
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff and caregivers
- Providing leadership in the absence of higher management
- Fostering a positive, compassionate, resident-focused environment
Qualifications and skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Assisted Living experience
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
