Nurse LPN - Assisted Living

About the Role

Lake Seminole Square is seeking a compassionate, hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care for our residents in a beautiful lakefront senior living community. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists / Resident Assistants. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and nursing standards
• Monitor resident health and report changes
• Develop and update resident care plans
• Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence
• Supervise and collaborate with caregiving staff
• Communicate resident needs and community updates to nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for serving seniors
• Ability to respond to community emergencies as needed
