Senior Living Counselor – Life Plan Communities

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults and families in exploring senior living options such as independent, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
• Listen to individual needs, explain various care levels, and guide through financial considerations and the move-in process.
• Partner with community teams to provide accurate information and ensure a welcoming, respectful experience.
• Build trusted relationships, maintain timely follow-up, and support seamless transitions into the community.
