Senior Living Life Plan Counselor

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults and their families in exploring living options and making informed decisions.
• Listen to prospective residents' needs and explain community services and Life Plan choices.
• Build trusted relationships and guide families through the inquiry and decision process.
• Collaborate with colleagues across healthcare, hospitality, and senior living operations to deliver personalized, respectful service.
• Support residents’ quality of life and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment focused on integrity and continuous improvement.
