Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through trial.
- Review, analyze and organize large volumes of documents produced during discovery.
- Propounding and responding to discovery, noticing depositions, and similar tasks.
- Draft summaries and prepare document productions.
- Docketing and calendaring deadlines.
- E-file in state and federal courts.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement case strategies.
- Research case-related matters and case law.
- Create privilege logs and prepare trial exhibits.
- Assist attorneys at hearings and trials.
Qualifications / Requirements
- A minimum of 5-10 years of complex litigation experience as a paralegal.
- MUST have an ABA accredited Paralegal Certificate or an associate's degree (or bachelor's degree) in paralegal studies.
- Environmental litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong legal technology skills.
- Applicants must CURRENTLY reside in the Denver metro area.
- 100% in-office role - Must be able to commute daily to the firm's office in downtown Denver.
Pay
The firm is offering a salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience, and an OUTSTANDING Benefits Package including:
