Senior Litigation Counsel – Oklahoma City, OK

Fox Rothschild, a national law firm, is seeking an accomplished litigation attorney to join its Litigation Department in Oklahoma City. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to handle sophisticated matters, contribute meaningfully to case strategy, and collaborate with a dynamic litigation team in a fast-paced practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma
• Ten or more years of relevant litigation experience
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong academic record
• Substantial general litigation experience, including courtroom appearances and depositions
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a high-performing litigation team
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Litigation experience involving oil and gas matters
• Federal judicial clerkship

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
