Senior Litigation Attorney

This role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of business litigation experience (franchise law experience is a plus) who thrives in negotiation settings and enjoys the variety of litigation. We offer structured training, mentorship, and the opportunity to manage your own caseload and take cases to trial.

About the Role

• Handle matters independently from start to finish with significant client interaction.
• Build relationships, learn new skills, solve problems, and see the impact of your work without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Resolve most disputes without filing a lawsuit or arbitration demand.
• Direct client interaction to understand their businesses and deliver customized legal solutions.

• Texas-licensed litigation attorney with at least 4 years of business litigation experience.

Pay

$150,000 - $180,000 yearly
