Senior Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a range of complex litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial strategy.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses with clarity and persuasive impact.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on sophisticated commercial issues.
• Work closely with partners and senior counsel to deliver practical and effective client solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates where appropriate.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 5 years’ litigation experience gained at a top-tier firm.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach to client service.
• Member of the New York Bar (in good standing).

Compensation

Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 DOE
