Senior Linux Systems Administrator (NDA-4)

Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and support operations and maintenance (O&M) activities of a large enclave comprised of various hardware, software, and network components to include server architecture, virtual machines, managed switches, NAS, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Evaluate new technologies or equipment that can be added to Agency standard solutions.
- Develop and carry out strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture and technology with minimal impact.
- Maintain enclave documentation (network diagram, system names, IP addresses, barcodes, etc.); provide monthly activity report to include system outages.
- Deploy and maintain nginx; system monitoring platforms like OpenVAS, Prometheus and Grafana; SELinux and FIPS Knowledge of LatteArt/Biscotti, Netseer, SEAR logging.
- Manage user-level support, including interacting with system-savvy developers and analysts, resolving network, computer, and virtual system issues & anomalies.
- Ensure compliance with SSPs, STE/STN requirements via RMF, Netseer, SEAR logging, patching, IAVMs, McAfee, and UAM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 11-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.
- Familiarity with Docker, MongoDB, and Elastic Search; Ansible and GitLab; RedHat Satellite.
- Working knowledge of software-defined networks.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
