About the role

The Senior Executive – Legal will handle commercial agreements, litigation matters, compliance-related work, and coordinate with external stakeholders at the Gurgaon Head Office.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in similar setups, preferably in Retail, QSR, Diagnostic Labs & Pharmacy Chains, or Consumer Electronics & Mobile Retail.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate Lease and Leave & License Agreements, along with other commercial agreements.
• Handle MIC and litigation matters.
• Manage matters relating to Factory Compliance, Legal Metrology, and Trademarks.
• Coordinate with external counsels and Government officials.
