Responsibilities

• Proactively execute administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, processing mail, and calendaring appointments and court dates
• Efficiently organize documents for court filing and record keeping
• Professionally communicate with clients and other attorneys via phone, by email, and in person
• Conduct factual investigations and basic legal research to assist attorneys in the further handling of their cases
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
• Carry out each job duty with the utmost professionalism
