Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Senior Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. Responsibilities

• Act as the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home.
• Provide creative and thoughtful tours customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants.
• Deliver incredible customer service skills, creating a sense of community and going the extra mile for new residents.
• Use sales and marketing chops: personalized connections and recommendations drive leasing performance; create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Follow through on leads with tailored updates—ideal floorplans, new hot-spot openings, best food truck in the neighborhood—to paint a picture of community life.
• Provide support, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members; act as a resource for new hires.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range $43,500.00 - $63,500.00

Schedule

• Position type: Full time.
• Weekly scheduled hours: 40.
• Saturday availability required.
