The company specializes in managing multi‑family communities through outstanding on‑site management and maintenance teams.

As the Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the community’s reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing.
• Serve as the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and the market.
• Continuously learn and seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
• Think creatively and develop innovative ideas to improve the business.
• Work with passion and take pride in your contributions.
• Listen effectively and offer helpful solutions.
• Maintain great energy, enjoy challenges, and consistently set and achieve new goals.
• Execute Elmington’s non‑negotiables for property performance.
• Provide professional verbal and written communication.
• Perform administrative and organizational tasks.

• Focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Operate computers and other technology for email, internet marketing, and company software.
• Prepare, locate, and compile information and documents.
• Respond to issues outside of normal work schedules when required.
• Thrive in a team environment.
• Demonstrate willingness to develop and learn.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required.
• Multi‑family experience preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Frequently sit, stand, and walk.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Noise level is usually moderate.
• Temperature is typically moderate, with the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat outdoors.

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 10 % of the time.
