Senior Learning Facilitation Professional
About the Role
The Senior Learning Facilitation Professional conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role plans, coordinates, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training.
Responsibilities include selecting appropriate materials, creating an environment conducive to learning, engaging learners, and producing desired outcomes. The role also monitors training personnel records to ensure compliance with company, quality, and regulatory training requirements, analyzes course evaluations to judge effectiveness and implement improvements, and evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement facilitated experiences.
Begins to influence department strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. Work is performed with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training courses for employees or external audiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led sessions.
- Select appropriate training materials and create a conducive learning environment.
- Engage learners and ensure desired training outcomes are achieved.
- Monitor training personnel records to ensure compliance with company, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze course evaluations to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Evaluate online resources to complement facilitated training experiences.
- Review and update annual Policies & Procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of training or learning development experience.
- Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles.
- Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing projects or processes.
- Demonstrated ability to review and update annual Policies & Procedures for compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Planner.
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Ability to think critically and evaluate problems from different perspectives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare EMR platforms.
- Experience delivering orientation training in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week). Remote work capability with occasional travel.
Pay
The starting base pay range for this role is $71,100 - $97,800 per year. Pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
