About the role
The Senior Learning Facilitation Professional conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role plans, coordinates, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training. Selects appropriate materials, creates an environment conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces desired outcomes.
Monitors training personnel records to ensure employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance. Analyzes course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements. Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience. Begins to influence the department’s strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training courses for employees or external audiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led sessions.
- Select appropriate training materials and create a conducive learning environment.
- Monitor training personnel records to ensure compliance with company, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze course evaluations to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Evaluate online resources to complement facilitated learning experiences.
- Review and update annual Policies & Procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of training or learning development experience.
- Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles.
- Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing projects or processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Planner.
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Ability to think critically and evaluate problems from different perspectives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare EMR platforms.
- Experience delivering orientation training in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
Schedule
- Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week).
- Remote work capability with occasional travel.
Pay
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
- $71,100 - $97,800 per year.
- Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
