Senior Learning & Development Consultant 2

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant 2 to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on strengthening leadership capability and organizational effectiveness across the business. You will diagnose talent and leadership needs, translate data and stakeholder input into practical development strategies, and design solutions that help leaders perform at a higher level. The position also partners closely with HR and business leadership to drive alignment, implementation, and measurable outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $104,400 – $187,200 annually Responsibilities Diagnose leadership and organizational challenges to develop actionable recommendations Synthesize talent data and stakeholder insights to inform leadership strategies Design and deliver targeted leadership development solutions Lead implementation and governance of leadership programs for measurable outcomes Build partnerships across HR and business leadership to influence decisions and foster alignment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 6+ years in leadership development or related fields Proven ability to diagnose organizational needs and create effective solutions Experience using data to inform talent decisions Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Advanced facilitation and coaching skills, preferably with certifications Benefits Flexible Time Off (FTO) for vacation and personal needs Pension eligibility for long-term financial security Hybrid work arrangements available, with a preference for local candidates Comprehensive benefits supporting physical, financial, and social well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
