Senior Leadership Recruiter, Hardware
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Leadership Recruiter, Hardware to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead executive and senior leadership search efforts for hardware and engineering organizations, partnering closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and secure exceptional talent. The position will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and support strategic hiring decisions that strengthen technical leadership across critical teams. Success in this role will require a strong grasp of complex engineering environments, executive search best practices, and the ability to deliver a polished experience to high-caliber candidates. Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute leadership and executive-level searches for hardware platform teams
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives and engineering VPs
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify top-tier leadership talent
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate and close complex executive compensation packages
- Understand the company's product positioning and technical roadmap to attract candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years in full-cycle executive search
- Proven success in hiring leadership talent within complex engineering domains
- Experience advising C-suite leaders and founders on hiring strategies
- Deep knowledge of executive compensation models
- Exceptional skills in assessing leadership capabilities and cultural alignment
- Professional communication style with high-profile candidates
- Experience managing confidential searches with discretion

Pay
$220,000 – $292,000 annually
