About the role
Plan, direct, and oversee the activities of Electrical and Software Engineering teams supporting product lines. Partner with engineering leadership to allocate resources effectively for strategic product development initiatives. Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with business strategies and successful project execution. Lead design reviews, define strategic engineering directions, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop engineering staff to build a high-performing team.
- Lead design reviews and define strategic engineering directions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance product innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical and software engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading complex projects.
- Deep knowledge of electrical and software engineering principles, including C, C++, C#, embedded systems, Windows, Linux, and Git/Github.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
