Senior Lead UX Designer

This role is 4 days onsite (Monday–Thursday) at our Weston, FL office.

About the role

The Senior Lead UX Designer drives major initiatives to modernize and elevate the digital experience for ODP's B2B business customers. Reporting within the B2B eCommerce Product Management organization, this individual contributor role leads UX strategy and execution for large-scale site modernization efforts. The designer partners closely with cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions. The Senior Lead UX Designer champions UX best practices across the organization, bringing deep expertise in user-centered design to shape the future of the platform. Success requires strong independent judgment, the ability to make rapid, collaborative decisions with stakeholders across business units, and a track record of delivering high-impact design work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with agile teams and the product design team to develop high-quality assets—including wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes for multiple products
• Collaborates with Product Management leadership to ensure design solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes across their portfolio
• Partners independently with research experts and end users, leveraging diverse research methodologies and data—not just usability testing—to continuously enhance the customer experience
• Leads and implements both formal and informal facilitation techniques to drive effective problem-solving and solution development
• Expertly uses modern design tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision) to deliver projects, and supports UX leadership in evaluating and modernizing the team’s toolset

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science/Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Web and Mobile UX Design, Interaction design, service design, visual design, UX writing, or voice design
• Intermediate PC software skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Mastery of User Experience software such as Figma, Miro, or equivalent, as well as Visio or equivalent
• Proficiency with testing software such as Adobe Target, Userexperience.com, or other

Pay

The salary range for this role is $140,000/year to $150,000/year. All state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
