Senior/Lead UX Designer

IDR is seeking a Senior/Lead UX Designer for a remote opportunity with one of our top clients. This role involves leading the experience for a digital program within a dynamic organization, focusing on creating innovative and user-centric designs for websites and mobile applications.

About the role

• Design and implement engaging user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual and interaction design concepts.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design systems across digital platforms.
• Provide in-depth understanding of user needs through research, testing, and iterative design.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in user experience design.
• Deep expertise in Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating recent design work for mobile, web, and app interfaces.
• Strong understanding of design systems, preferably from large-scale organizations, and experience incorporating AI in design workflows.
• Proven ability to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting and advocating for design decisions and user needs.
