Senior Lead, Public Relations

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Public Relations Lead to join Klaviyo's growing Communications team. This is a senior role for a strategic storyteller who can turn complex product and business narratives into compelling, media-ready stories, with a focus on corporate and product communications. You'll be a critical player in building out our AI and agent story for the enterprise and help tell it as we reposition Klaviyo as the autonomous B2C CRM. You'll partner directly with our Head of Communications and work closely with our C-suite, especially our Chief Product Officer, to bring these stories to life in unique and compelling ways that go beyond traditional media.

Responsibilities

• Own PR across corporate and product communications, aligning media strategy and messaging with company goals, product launches, and business milestones.
• Drive media engagement across business, tech, trade and broadcast.
• Proactively pitch stories, build relationships with media, and secure standout coverage while finding creative, non-traditional ways to tell our story too.
• Develop executive thought leadership programs: shape unique points of view, craft messaging and soundbites, grow executive presence on LinkedIn, and secure top-tier speaking and media opportunities for our C-suite - especially our Chief Product Officer but also supporting programs for our CTO, CMO and on occasion co-CEOs and CFO.
• Own and evolve Klaviyo's agent story: build a distinctive point of view that sets Klaviyo’s agents apart to help position Klaviyo as a leader in the agent and AI space.
