Senior Lead, M&A Integration

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading complex business programs or integrations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong data analysis skills, and familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • P&L management experience
  • Understanding of HR and Enterprise Technology/IT systems, as well as working with Product & Engineering teams

  • Leadership in guiding regional stakeholders on integration planning

  • Problem-solving and real-time troubleshooting
  • Ownership and management of data and analytics for M&A Integration
  • Collaboration with product and engineering teams to build business requirements
  • Thought leadership and process improvement in M&A Integration
