Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Liquidity Product
About the role
The Wells Fargo Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization offering payments, data, liquidity, and associated lending solutions to clients. This role supports the Liquidity Product team.
Responsibilities
Drive performance and execute key initiatives for senior leadership.
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leaders on business management, execution strategy, and operating routines.
Resolve complex, cross-organizational business execution challenges and deliver scalable, long-term solutions.
Lead change and transformation initiatives for the Liquidity Product portfolio, ensuring execution across strategic priorities and enterprise deliverables.
Engage with Audit, Control, and Risk on behalf of the team, ensuring effective coordination, issue management, and timely follow-through.
Coordinate Liquidity Product deliverables for enterprise initiatives, aligning with governance, timelines, and regulatory expectations.
Facilitate leadership meetings and steering committees to support implementation of strategic plans.
Manage annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, providing insights into performance against plan and key risks.
Develop executive-level presentations to clearly articulate key decisions, financial insights, and progress against priorities.
Influence across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Requirements
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and investment planning.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience delivering executive-ready materials.
Familiarity with enterprise governance, regulatory, and risk management programs.
Ability to operate independently with high accountability.
Strong focus on risk management and control.
Experience supporting senior leadership in a large, matrixed organization.
Experience in banking, treasury, or liquidity-related functions.

Pay
$139,000 - $260,000
Schedule
Hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN or San Francisco, CA office approximately 3 days a week.
