Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Liquidity Product

About the role

The Wells Fargo Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization offering payments, data, liquidity, and associated lending solutions to clients. This role supports the Liquidity Product team, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business management, execution strategy, and operating routines.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and execution of key initiatives
• Lead resolution of complex, cross-organizational business execution challenges
• Lead change and transformation initiatives for the Liquidity Product portfolio
• Engage with Audit, Control, and Risk on behalf of the team
• Coordinate Liquidity Product deliverables for enterprise initiatives
• Develop executive-level presentations and provide financial insights
• Influence across senior stakeholders without direct authority

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and investment planning
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive-level presentations
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, regulatory, and risk management programs
• Ability to operate independently with high accountability
• Proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification, and escalation

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leadership in a large, matrixed organization
• Strong focus on risk management and control
• Experience in banking, treasury, or liquidity-related functions
