About the role
Responsible for managing all aspects of apartment technology, including maintenance, upgrades, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade apartment complex technology systems
- Provide technical support to residents and staff
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment management technology
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with building automation systems
- Knowledge of residential security systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Skills
- Technical proficiency with software and hardware
