Senior Lead Apartment Tech

About the role

The Senior Lead Apartment Tech is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of apartment complexes, ensuring that all units are in good condition and meeting the high standards set by the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent issues before they arise.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
