Senior Launch Program Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Launch Program Manager to innovate with us at WK Kellogg Co. You will play a key role in managing and executing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of key activities, and providing strategic input to plan and prioritize project approvals and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Developing, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects;
- Delivering to cost, schedule, and performance;
- Providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams;
- Ensuring the Innovation Process and Program enables the completion of key activities;
- Foreseeing potential business or technical issues and proactively addressing them;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to use systems and tools that reflect project timelines and interactions;
- Exhibiting innovation in discovery, advancement, and evaluation of timely and cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments, or technical insight.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related field with extensive experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations or Business Management;
- Extensive experience at a Consumer-Packaged Goods Company (CPG);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels;
- Owner’s Mindset is preferred;
- People management and leadership experience preferred.

Pay
Salary Range: $148,560 - $185,700
Schedule
The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
