Senior Land Entitlement Manager

About the role

Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Senior Land Entitlement Manager to manage the land entitlement and permitting processes for our developments in our division located in Franklin, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate analytical skills to forward think and benefit the organization, analyze information, identify discrepancies and inconsistencies, and foster teamwork.
• Manage governmental/regulatory entitlements and engineering approvals for all communities from inception through final acceptance, including bond exoneration when deemed appropriate.
• Analyze land acquisition, due diligence, zoning evaluation, approval process, and timeline.
• Create and review HOA documents, review deeds, plats, and easements.
• Critically review plans and conduct value engineering reviews.
• Communicate with land stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of experience managing complex project entitlement and permitting.
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies and influencing public decision-making processes.
• Project management skills to take projects from the feasibility stage through entitlement and engineering approvals.
